Retail-commercial
Ormiston Town Centre
The six-hectare Ormiston Town Centre is the civic and retail hub of a large-scale master-planned community in Auckland’s high-growth south-east region.
High-density residential development in the immediate areas supports an emerging ‘day-and-night’ environment for the Town Centre.
Todd is the developer and owner of the Town Centre and remains involved in the ongoing operations and commercial and residential development surrounding it.
Land development
The Reserve
This rural subdivision consists of 29 lots on 113 hectares of premium land north of Long Bay at Okura. With a stunning coastal outlook, The Reserve borders Okura Estuary in the north and a new residential community to the south.
Todd has elegantly refurbished the property to include new entrances, roads, world-class amenities and technology, and extensive planting to support local ecology and overall land management. Todd is undertaking the marketing and sales of the lots.
